Frühstück’s research, talks, workshops and conferences are in part facilitated by the Koichi Takashima Chair in Japanese Cultural Studies which also supports members of The Frühstück Group through the Koichi Takashima Graduate Research Grant and sponsors the event series Takashima Talks in Japanese Cultural Studies along with the annual Koichi Takashima Lecture.
